Northstar Club is what the Fractional Ownership industry calls, a Private Residence Club. It is all about service! It is like staying in a four star hotel. If you call ahead they will stock your refrigerator before you arrive. It is located on the edge of the new Village with in a few hundred feet of the Gondola. It is ski in/ski out!
Great Bear Lodge is the nicest of the new buildings in the Village at Northstar, and is located in the village center overlooking the Ice Rink. Some (not all) of the 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath luxury condominiums are being offered as 1/8th shares (6 week use per year). These are very well appointed spacious units with high quality furnishings and beautiful artwork. These ownerships included the Tahoe Mountain Club™ benefits.
Catamount Lodge is in the 2nd phase of the new Village at Northstar and is still under construction. It is located right next to the new Gondola building. The 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath, 1,874 sq. ft. luxury condominiums are being offered as 1/8th shares (6 weeks use per year). A key feature is a 12 foot deep dining terrace overlooking the center of Northstar's ski activity.
Selected Shared Ownership single family homes and condos. There a number of these homes and condos in the Northstar development. Some are newly built and some date back to the mid eighties. They are professionally managed and are very nice. The offerings are; 1/5th, 1/6th, 1/7th, and 1/8th shares. Of these, the newest and most luxurious is, the Silver Fox Residence.

| | | Tahoe Donner ® is a beautiful subdivision in the mountain area of north west Truckee. It was established in 1970 and its first home was built in 1972. With only 20% of it’s’ residents year round, this area is highly desirable for 2nd home owners.
As a planned community, the lots are large and there are 1300 acres of greenbelt interspersed among the homes. The homeowners’ association of Tahoe Donner manages an incredible selection on amenities, including: the Beach Club Marina at Donner Lake, an equestrian center, an 18-hole PGA rated golf course & driving range, hiking & biking trails, a private campground, a world class cross country ski center, a downhill ski area with a snow play area, the Trout Creek Recreation Center, which includes swimming pools, jacuzzis, a sauna, a steam room, a workout room, tennis courts, and they manage The Lodge Restaurant.

There are several homes in Tahoe Donner that have been set up as Shared Ownerships. Some are professionally managed others are self managed by the owners. A company called Paradigm Vacation Properties has purchased two newly built houses on Swiss Lane and they have set them up and registered them as Shared Ownerships. In one of these homes all the shares are sold, in the other there are still shares available. From time to time shares in the other houses do come on the market.
